Once you're all moved in, and all your belongings are stacked floor to ceiling in just about every room, it's time to get busy, right?  But to make things even crazier, you don't like the paint colors and want to change them before you do all your unpacking!  Feeling a little overwhelmed?  This is the time to give me a call. 

I offer 6 hours of complimentary home decor services to every Buyer client at the time of closing. How you ask me to utilize your consulting time is up to you. If you feel you would benefit from additional consulting after the initial 6 hours, I will be happy to provide these services at a rate of $40/hour.

	Color Consulting Not sure what colors would suit your new atmosphere? Do you have a vision of what your new home should be, but don’t know how to make it come to life? I can help by bringing my paint color book and making suggestions based on what you have in the way of furnishings, and by talking with you about what you want of your new space.
	Home Décor Shopping Now that you’ve got a new home, maybe it’s time for some new furnishings and/or décor items? After surveying your current furnishings, I can offer suggestions for replacement pieces you might consider and/or additional furnishings you might consider adding to your new space. I can accompany you on a shopping expedition, or would be happy to shop on your behalf (and within your budget) for particular pieces for you to consider.
	Move-In Decorating You bought a new house, so now it’s time to make it your home. I will decorate your new surroundings using your existing furnishings. With the proper furniture and accessory placement, you’ll be feeling at home in no time at all!
	Remodeling/Home Renovation Planning Often, when in a new home, you find yourself wanting to make a few changes to make the character of the home really POP!...or to simply make a certain space more functional. I can offer advice based on my years of home renovation experience. Learning to renovate on a budget, to maximize the results is definitely an art…one that I feel especially grateful to have cultivated. In addition to offering remodeling suggestions, I can recommend contractors for the work to be completed if you're not wanting to tackle the projects yourself.
	You provide the materials, I'll help with the labor! I'm experienced in quite a few areas of home improvement, so if you need help with painting (both traditional & free-hand decorative), wallpapering (stripping & hanging), reglazing windows, hanging light fixtures, or any other home improvement project, just ask, and if I can do it, I'll gladly lend a hand!
